With account-level access on the refreshed Alliance One Web site, it’s easier than ever to ensure your customer service representatives and other front line staff can assist cardholders with Alliance One-related issues. Staff can create customized brochures for cardholders or your financial institution and log issues right from their workstations.
Customizable ATM locator brochure
We know not everything is mobile…yet, which is why we created the customizable ATM locator/marketing brochure. Do you have a cardholder who frequently travels for business or to support their budding athlete? Or would you like to simply highlight the participating Alliance One ATMs in your community by having the brochure in your lobby or at events? In three simple steps, your staff can easily create customized brochures that outline surcharge free Alliance One ATMs for anywhere in the country:
- Login and select “Brochure Creator” from your financial institution’s dashboard
- Upload your FI’s logo
- Specify a location and radius to display ATMs near and click “Create Brochure”
Log issues
Your staff can also log any Alliance One-related issues your financial institution or a cardholder may have. With access to allianceone.coop, make it easier for your staff to help cardholders next time there is a surcharge question or a concern over an ATM location. Alliance One contacts can easily log issues once logged in. From the dashboard, contacts click “Log Issues” to access and complete the form as needed. Alliance One representatives will respond to the issue as soon as possible, but no later than within two business days.
