Alliance One is one of the nation’s largest “open-architected” credit union surcharge-free ATM solutions with more than 5,000 ATMs nationwide, and we are happy to announce that we have added access to cardholders in the Northwest section of the U.S. through a renewed partnership with Member Access Pacific (MAP) of Tukwila, Washington.
This partnership with MAP has increased the number of participating ATMs through the MAP/Alliance One partnership from 12 to 55. With the addition of these new ATMs, there are now a total of 269 surcharge-free Alliance One ATMs in the state of Washington.
“Our partnership with MAP expands Alliance One’s coverage and helps credit unions in Washington cost-effectively and conveniently add access to thousands of ATMs across the U.S. for their members,” said Corporate One VP of Marketing Paul Hixon. “With Alliance One, cardholders and visitors in Washington will have greater access and more control over their money. The addition of these new ATMs expands Alliance One’s surcharge-free footprint and is great news for millions of credit union cardholders. It’s a cooperative model that’s a win-win for the credit unions and their members.”
This emphasis on helping others through cooperative relationships is echoed by MAP’s SVP of Client Services Joyce Carter. “Partners are highly valued and instrumental components of MAP’s commitment to providing the best possible value to our clients,” said Carter. “Working with industry-leading technology companies and service providers, such as Alliance One, we leverage core competencies and strengths to deliver the most innovative and practical solutions to payments and card processing.”
As an incentive, Alliance One and MAP are providing discounted implementation fees for new member sign-ups. Credit unions are not required to own terminals to join Alliance One.
