Avoiding accidental surcharges: update your terminal drivers

Because we want our participants to continue to enjoy access to their accounts without being charged a foreign ATM surcharge, we would like to request that all credit unions inform us when terminal drivers are changed. If you haven’t updated your terminal drivers recently, we encourage you to do so today.

To update your terminal drivers, simply login to your account and click on the "Edit" icon next to your ATM. Scroll down to the "Terminal Driver" section to make any needed updates, and then click "Save".

Your terminal driver changes will be reviewed by an administrator and approved within two business days.

Signing up for access is easy

If you’ve yet to login or want to sign up new users, you can easily do so anytime. Simply go to allianceone.coop and click on “FI Login.” Once on the “FI Login” page, click “Request Account” and complete the account registration information. Your information will be confirmed, and you’ll be registered on the site within two business days.
