Here’s a quick reminder about the how the process of updating your BIN information works.
- When you enter your BIN changes on the Alliance One website, member services approves those changes within a couple of days. However, approved changes will not take effect immediately. BIN changes are processed at the end of each month and sent out to terminal drivers, who then turn around these updates within the following 30 days.
- Other changes, such as contact changes or terminal changes, take effect immediately after they are approved.
In addition, please note that the alert messages you see when changing or deleting a BIN will be updated soon to remind you of the process.
