If you’ve been putting off updating your contacts’ information, now is a great time to make this task an early New Year’s resolution. Remember to review your account information, and make sure it's accurate for 2016, including your Alliance One contacts (website users).
You can add new Alliance One contacts at any time by simply logging into your dashboard and clicking the "Invite Employee" button. Your contacts can help maintain your account information and better serve your cardholders by:
- Adding, editing or deleting ATMs, BINs, and contacts
- Creating customized marketing materials
- Logging issues on behalf of your cardholders
- Reading the latest newsletter
