As 2016 is winding down and with the New Year fast approaching, now is a good time to check and make sure your ATM information is accurate. Reviewing your credit union’s ATM information and keeping it up to date will ensure that you’re getting the most that you can out of your partnership with Alliance One. And the more that you keep your ATM information accurate and up to date, the more your credit union will also provide a seamless user experience for your cardholders. For suggestions on how to make sure your ATM listings are accurate, please review the list below.
Updating your information should include the following:
- Removing ATMs you no longer have
- Adding new ATMs
- Updating terminal drivers (if necessary)
- Making sure ATM features are accurate (i.e accessible to the public, Cirrus®/Plus® gateways, accepts deposits)
