If you ever want to access a list of Alliance One ATMs or participating financial institutions, simply follow these easy steps:
- Log in to allianceone.coop and click on "Download ATM/FI Spreadsheets."
- Download spreadsheets (.csv files) showing all ATMs and Financial Institutions in the Alliance One network.
- Open these files using Microsoft Excel or a similar spreadsheet application.
- Use these spreadsheets to:
- See other financial institutions in the Alliance One group
- Aggregate Alliance One ATMs with your other groups (through your app/site/widget)
If you don’t regularly log in to your Alliance One account, it’s possible that the accuracy of your data is in question, which has the potential to jeopardize the integrity of the group as a whole. What do we mean by this?
Cooperative sharing is the foundation of your participation in Alliance One, and inaccurate data means that cardholders looking up ATMs online might try to find/use ATMs that are no longer in service. You can help minimize cardholder complaints and keep members from being frustrated by regularly logging in to your account to review and update your financial institution’s information.
For suggestions on how to make sure your ATM listings are accurate, please review the list below. Updating your information should include the following:
- Removing ATMs you no longer have
- Adding new ATMs
- Updating terminal drivers (if necessary)
- Making sure ATM features are accurate (i.e accessible to the public, Cirrus®/Plus® gateways, accepts deposits)
If you’ve been putting it off, now is a good time to review your account information, and make sure it's accurate for the rest of 2017, including your Alliance One contacts (website users).
