Easily promote new app to your cardholders using the Alliance One ATM Locator app promo kit
It’s no secret the amount of time Americans spend on their smartphones is growing. To ensure Alliance One remains a competitive, relevant brand for you and your cardholders, we knew we had to go mobile. Beginning Monday, September 16, your cardholders will be able to download our new Alliance One ATM Locator app to their iPhone or Android devices (both of which make up more than 90 percent of the smartphone market, according to ComScore MobiLens, May 2013).
To help you promote the new app to your cardholders, we've developed an Alliance One ATM Locator App promo kit. Alliance One contacts will be able to download printable files from “Marketing Resources” in the FI section of the Web site, beginning September 16. The kit includes:
- Posters to hang in your financial institution--on doors and in drive-thru windows (take a sneak peek at one of our posters)
- Table tents to place at teller windows
- Web banners for your organization’s Web site
- Statement stuffer announcements

The app utilizes Google Maps technology to source a user’s current location or users can input a specific location. With one click, the app then finds the closest ATMs given their information. Once a user chooses which ATM works best for them, they can click “Directions” to open a list of directions. The app also includes the option for users to “Bookmark” their favorite ATMs. The bookmark feature will save the desired ATM(s) for the user so they can easily launch directions to that ATM from wherever they may be the next time they need some quick cash.
We hope these assets help you spread the word among your cardholders about the new app. Your cardholders can easily download the app from their phone’s app store or by scanning the QR code we’ve placed on the materials. Additional information on how to use the app can be found in the “Mobile App” section of the “How to Quick Guide.”
