Account-level access for all participants, credentials being emailed to all contacts on Sept. 16

Alliance One’s new and enhanced Web site will allow Alliance One contacts account-level access to the information we have on file for their financial institution. Contacts will be able to view and edit this information as needed, including ATM locations and terminal drivers (if any), BIN and contact information. Any changes made by participants will be reflected in the system and/or on ATM coverage maps within two business days, if not sooner. Previously, the financial institution portion of our Web site required participants to simply enter a R/T number to login and access generic business-related information and materials, and it did not include the ability for our participants to view what information we had on file for them. Further, all ATM terminal changes had to be processed manually and took up two weeks to update. Needless to say, we are excited about the ability for Alliance One contacts to have access to their information as well as greater control over it.

On Monday, September 16, password credentials to the enhanced www.allianceone.coop will be emailed to all Alliance One contacts we currently have on file (a letter was sent to CEOs of all participating institutions in August asking them to review and update their contact information). If you are an Alliance One contact for your financial institution, your username will be the email address to which this email was sent. Follow the instructions within the email on Monday to set-up your password.

FI dashboard

Once you login to your account, you will see your financial institution’s dashboard (see sample image below). We encourage you to take a look around. Review your financial institution’s information. You can also review and make any edits to your personal contact information under “My Account.” Additional details on how to use the site can be found in the “Web site (FI)” section of the “How to Quick Guide.”

We also encourage participants to visit the allianceone.coop map and make sure their ATM locations are presenting correctly. While we don’t anticipate them not to be, we are now using Google Maps instead of Mapquest, so we want to make sure all locations loaded correctly. Find an issue? You can easily report to Alliance One via the “Log Issues” tab in the Alliance One FI section of the Web site (also see the “How to Quick Guide” and/or the "Take a look at these Web site features" article in this newsletter for more info on how to log issues through this new form).
