Did your financial institution recently add ATM terminals in a chain of local stores? You might be wondering how you go about updating your Alliance One account or how to get extra decals so your participation in Alliance One is clearly visible on all of your terminals. No problem. With more than 1,000 participating financial institutions, Alliance One has a dynamic Web site that allows participants to login for convenient account management and updates as well as easy access to marketing materials. For the continued success of the program, we’ve made it as easy as possible for participants to keep their account info up-to-date and to remain engaged with the program.
Participant login:
- Enter your financial institution’s R/T or ABA number to the right ►, in the bottom left-hand corner of the homepage or on the FI Login page to gain access to the “Financial Institutions” section of the Web site, where only participants are granted access.
- Click “My Account” to access:
- Terminal change form*— Use this form to add, delete or change information on an Alliance One ATM that your financial institution owns.
- Participant change form*—Use this form to change your financial institution’s name or address or to add or change your BIN/ISO numbers.
- Downloadable list of all participants/ATMs—Access a complete list of Alliance One participants/ATMs in the “FIs” section. The files are in .csv format and can be easily sorted to identify available ATMs in your area, region or for other search criteria.
- Downloadable Alliance One logo—Logos can be used on your Web site or in communications that you use to promote your involvement in Alliance One, or to make your own Alliance One signage.
- Marketing supplies order form—Promotional materials, such as statement stuffers, decals and signage are available for purchase under the “Marketing Materials” section.
*All forms are Web-based and will be sent directly to Alliance One for updating. Changing or adding BIN/ISO numbers to Alliance One takes approximately 30-60 days to update at all participating networks and terminal drivers, so it’s important to make these updates once you become aware of them.
