Alliance One issued its biennial audit of participants earlier this month. In order for Alliance One to be a reliable resource for our participants and their ATM users, it is crucial that our database contains accurate participant information, which is why we ask Alliance One participants to verify and/or update their account information every other year.
The process is automated this year to make it more convenient for participants to verify and complete. While we’ve heard from many of you, we haven’t heard from all participants. Please remember to complete the audit by January 6, 2011. Accurate information is integral to Alliance One remaining a benefit for everyone involved, and we greatly appreciate your cooperation so that we may continue to provide this valuable service to your members and/or customers.
