2013 Alliance One participation fee

As a member of Alliance One, you are among more than 920 financial institutions in 42 states to offer your members a surcharge–free ATM option at more than 4,800 ATMs across the country. We wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your participation in Alliance One, and let you know that a letter was sent to your institution’s CEO reminding you of the annual Alliance One renewal, which is due each year in January.

On Thursday, January 31, 2013, the $250 Alliance One participation fee for continued participation in the program through December 2013 will be debited using the account information specified on the ACH payment addendum we have on file for your financial institution. This ACH debit will appear as a $250 “Annual Alliance One billing fee.”

At a time when many people are already cash–strapped, your involvement in Alliance One is more significant to your members than ever. Alliance One allows you to cost–effectively provide members lower fees while differentiating yourself from other financial institutions in your area by offering a nationwide alliance of ATMs that your cardholders can use surcharge–free.

To keep your account information up-to-date, please remember you can update your BINs and/or ATMs by visiting www.allianceone.coop, and entering your R/T or ABA number in the lower left–hand corner. Simply click on “My Account” to access the Participant Change form and/or Terminal Change form. You can access marketing materials from the site as well, including ATM stickers and lobby posters.

We appreciate your continued business and support of Alliance One. Please contact us at 866/MyCorp1, option 1 or allianceone@corporateone.coop if you have any questions.
