Improved FI section includes new features, and old favorites

In addition to the account-level access all Alliance One participants can enjoy via allianceone.coop, we’ve added a couple of additional features for the benefit of our participants. We’ve also included continued access to important spreadsheets used by many of you. From your account dashboard, you can log any issues you may have with us, create customized marketing materials and download ATM/FI spreadsheets with a few simple clicks.

Log Issues

Next time you have a cardholder with a surcharge question or a concern over an ATM location, Alliance One contacts can easily log this issue with Alliance One via the “Log Issues” form in the FI section of the Alliance One Web site. From the dashboard, contacts click “Log Issues” to access and complete the form as needed. Alliance One representatives will respond to the issue as soon as possible, but no later than within two business days.

Customizable marketing brochure In addition to the standard marketing materials, we’ve included a customizable marketing brochure feature as a part of the enhancements to the FI section of our Web site. From the dashboard, Alliance One contacts can click on “Brochure Creator” to create and produce customizable brochures, including the financial institution’s logo and ATMs (if any). Alliance One contacts can easily create a brochure with a list of the closest Alliance One ATMs to any given location for use in their FI locations or with cardholders.

ATM/FI Spreadsheets

The downloadable ATM/FI spreadsheets used by many of you are still available in the new and enhanced FI section of our Web site. Alliance One contacts can find both full ATM and Financial Institution listings under “Download ATM/FI Spreadsheets.” Follow the instructions on the page to successfully download the desired list.
