Alliance One is unveiling a new ATM Locator mobile app and enhanced Web site on Monday

We are happy to be launching a new app and an enhanced Alliance One Web site this Monday, September 16, 2013. The app is a mobile ATM Locator for participant cardholders with iPhone or Android devices that utilizes Google Maps technology to find the closest Alliance One ATMs given the user’s search criteria. With one click, the app will provide directions using the phone’s map application—an easy and quick way for your cardholders to get the information they need, on the go, wherever they are. We’ve created marketing materials for your financial institution to use to promote the app to your cardholders. The Web site is being re-designed and refreshed to enhance usability for both cardholders and Alliance One participants, like your financial institution. While the main purpose for www.allianceone.coop remains to be the ATM locator and coverage map functions for cardholders, we are most excited about the significant upgrades made to the Web site’s back-end functionality. As an Alliance One contact, you will now have account-level access, with the ability to login via a username and password to view and manage your financial institution’s Alliance One information, including your credit union’s ATMs and terminal drivers, BINs, and Alliance One contacts. We provide more details on how we will be distributing credentials, and have included a downloadable user guide in the “Web site is new and improved for participants too” article in this newsletter.
